치통 및 만성 통증(구강안면부의 만성 통증)
만성통증을 예방하기 위해서는 균형 잡힌 식사를 하고, 걷기나 달리기, 수영과 같은 유산소 운동을 규칙적으로 하며 스트레스를 잘 관리해야 합니다. 근골격계 통증을 예방하기 위하여 바른 자세를 유지하고 장시간 같은 자세로 학업이나 일을 해야 하는 경우에는 매시간 간단한 스트레칭을 해야 합니다. 또한 만성통증을 고혈압이나 당뇨와 같이 하나의 질환으로 인식하여 통증이 단시간에 나아지지 않는 것에 대해 우울해 하거나 불안해하지 않도록 하고, 이완요법을 시행하여 심리적 문제를 완화하도록 합니다.
